The rose Madame Plantier was caltivated by mausure Plantier in 1835. Class: Alba, Hybrid Noisette. Bred in France (1835) by Plantier.
Bloom:
White, near white & white blend [w] blooms strong fragrance.Double bloom form.Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit: Height of 5' to 12' (150 to 365 cm). Width of 5' to 8' . (150 to 245 cm).
Fragrance Strong sweet 'Mme. Plantier' has been rather elusive in its classification by authors and rose experts. Early on it was referred as a Hybrid China.
It has alsobeen classified as a Bourbon, a Noisette, Climbing Noisette, and Damask.
